Orders placed by 4:00 PM (EDT) (Monday-Friday) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EDT) begin processing the next business day.

How long is delivery within Canada?

Parcels arrive 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday) after dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders within Canada.

Will I get a tracking link?

Yes. We email a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.

What if my parcel is late?

Please allow an extra 2 business days beyond the estimate and check your tracking link. If there is still no movement, contact us with your order number at info@northstyleco.com.
