What is the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

How long does shipping take?

How do I return or exchange a product?

If you are not satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@northstyleeco.com to start your return (see our Returns Policy).

What if my item is defective or damaged?

Please email us a photo and description of the defect within 30 days. We'll arrange a replacement or refund following inspection.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately via email. If your order has been packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it once received (see our Cancellation Policy).

We accept all major credit/debit cards and North Style promotional vouchers.

How do I use a discount code or voucher?

Enter your code in the field at checkout before completing payment. Only one code per order.
