Return and Refund Policy

To start a return, email info@northstyleco.com with your order number and the item you wish to send back. We will reply with clear instructions and the return address. Please wait for our confirmation before you ship anything.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please send them back unused and unwashed with original tags and packaging. Returns that arrive without approval or that fall outside the window may be declined.

Pack items securely so they travel safely. Keep your postal receipt and any tracking number. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless we confirm a carrier error or an issue on our side.

Once your parcel arrives, we will inspect the items. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing usually takes up to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the funds.

If you would like a different size or colour, email info@northstyleco.com with the details. We will guide you through an exchange or suggest returning the item for a refund and placing a new order if that is faster.

If your parcel arrives with damage or the item is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and clear photos of the parcel, the packaging, and the item. We will review promptly and arrange a replacement or the appropriate next step.

Original shipping fees are non refundable where applicable. For hygiene or legal reasons, some items may be final sale if noted on the product page. This returns policy does not limit any rights you may have under Canadian consumer law.
